1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentBase ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RentBase provides property management software for landlords with 1–10 rental units. Features include rent tracking, maintenance request management, expense tracking, and Schedule E export.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

RentBase offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to transmit malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

RentBase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall RentBase be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
